Our Team

AIM Behavioral Health consist of a team of individuals with backgrounds ranging from PH.D., master’s, and years of experiences of working with youth and young people diagnosed with behavior disorders.  Staff also include Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Behavior Specialist.

Sidney Glover Jr., M.Ed, LBS 

Administrative Director
Sidney has held various roles within the behavioral / mental health field since 2012, working with both children and adults in the home, school and community settings. Sidney has been a Licensed Behavior Specialist for a number of years serving numerous children and their families within their respective communities. Sidney has also spent a number of years working in the field of education as a licensed special education teacher and principal. Sidney earned a bachelor’s degree in Business from West Virginia University. He furthered his education by completing two separate master’s degree programs from Grand Canyon University in Special Education and Education Administration as well as a graduate level certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Bowling Green University. Away from serving others, Sidney enjoys being a husband and father, coaching his children in youth sports, playing basketball and working out. 

Amy Dilatush, LCSW, BCBA

Clinical Director

Amy has been employed in the mental health field since 2001, working primarily with children and families in home, school and community settings. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a master’s degree in Social Work in 2003 and later completed course work through the Florida Institute of Technology for certification in Applied Behavior Analysis. Amy has experience treating children with various diagnoses including ADHD, ODD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD and Autism Spectrum Disorders. She is dedicated to the use of evidence-based treatment modalities and the dissemination of best practice techniques within the field. In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, reading and biking.

Erica Glover, Ph.D        

HR Director / Staff Development

Erica Glover has held various roles within the field of education since 2001. She has a bachelor’s degree in Special Education, and a master’s degree in Education Administration, both obtained from the University of Akron. She also graduated with a doctorate degree in Urban Education from Cleveland State University. More recently, she has earned the SHRM-CP HR certificate as well as an Advanced Diversity & Inclusion certificate from Cornell University. Erica enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and learning.

Stacy Glover

Compliance Director
Stacy has held various roles in the Human Resource Department since 2009. Stacy has helped companies develop procedures that align with their policies, as well as state regulations. Stacy brings her years of experience to AIM to ensure that AIM practices are compliant with state regulations as well as align with the agency’s mission and vision. Stacy has a love for music. She enjoys singing with her band, being actively involved with her church, traveling and spending time with her family.

Patrice Lee

Secretary
Patrice has held various roles in the healthcare field since 2007, earning a diploma in Practical Nursing program. She has been working in the mental health field since 2018 with children and adults. She is very active in her community, volunteering her time and resources to all. Patrice brings her experience,  compassion and integrity to AIM to ensure that she upholds the mission and vision to AIM HIGH! Patrice enjoys spending time with her family and friends, music and serving her community.
