Our Team
AIM Behavioral Health consist of a team of individuals with backgrounds ranging from PH.D., master’s, and years of experiences of working with youth and young people diagnosed with behavior disorders. Staff also include Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Behavior Specialist.

Amy has been employed in the mental health field since 2001, working primarily with children and families in home, school and community settings. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a master’s degree in Social Work in 2003 and later completed course work through the Florida Institute of Technology for certification in Applied Behavior Analysis. Amy has experience treating children with various diagnoses including ADHD, ODD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD and Autism Spectrum Disorders. She is dedicated to the use of evidence-based treatment modalities and the dissemination of best practice techniques within the field. In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, reading and biking.
Erica Glover, Ph.D
HR Director / Staff Development
Erica Glover has held various roles within the field of education since 2001. She has a bachelor’s degree in Special Education, and a master’s degree in Education Administration, both obtained from the University of Akron. She also graduated with a doctorate degree in Urban Education from Cleveland State University. More recently, she has earned the SHRM-CP HR certificate as well as an Advanced Diversity & Inclusion certificate from Cornell University. Erica enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and learning.
